Awards and Grants
The Anthropology Department is proud to announce that Aditi Agarwal has been awarded the American Institute of Indian Studies Junior Fellowship (2020-2021) for her project titled: "Pragmatics, Planning, and Politics: Examining Train Vendors' Gendered Networks and Marginalization in Mumbai's Economic Futures." The fellowship will support 10-12 months of ethnographic and archival field work.
