Dr. Doane Awarded Research Grant
Introduction
Associate Professor Molly Doane has been awarded a grant from the Illinois Mexican & Mexican-American Students Initiative (I-MMAS) and the Coordinación de la Investigación Científica of UNAM for her research project "Food, ethics, and health: Embracing innovative ideas about sustainability in Mexico and the United States."
