Susan Monge Publishes Chapter
Introduction
PhD Candidate Susan Monge has co-authored a chapter in new book "Exploring the history of turkey management and domestication." The chapter, titled "Turkeys in the far south: evidence from Greater Nicoya," is co-authored by Dr. Ashley Sharpe from the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute in Panama.
