About
Hi! My name is Kiki, I use she/her pronouns, and I have been working at UIC since 2021. I was a general advisor until August 2022 when I transitioned to a position as a departmental/major advisor.
I have my bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati in Organizational Leadership - HR and a minor in Economics as well as my master's degree from the University of Iowa in Higher Education and Student Affairs. In addition to being an advisor, I am an LAS 110 instructor, member and co-chair of multiple LAS committees, and am a UIC part-time MBA student. I have a passion for helping students make connections and build relationships within their departments and help them realize their career goals and potential. Fun facts: I conducted research alongside prolific scholars in Higher Education, studied abroad in Germany and Peru, and changed my major 2 times! I cannot wait to work with you!
