Introduction

Well done to Ben Linder, who just received an Outstanding Dissertation Award from the Graduate College here at UIC.  Ben's thesis, "Mobility, Cosmopolitanism, and the Productions of Place in Kathmandu: A Spatial Ethnography of Thamel", was one of six selected across the university.
