New Publications from Dr. Starkweather and Dr. Álvarez Velasco
Assistant Professor Dr. Katie Starkweather is first author on a new article in Social Science & Medicine called "Impacts of women's work and childcare on child illness among Bangladeshi Shodagor communities."
Assistant Professor Dr. Soledad Álvarez Velasco is co-editor of a special issue of The ANNALS of the American Academy of Political and Social Science called "Crime and Migration on a Divided World" (Volume 709, Issue 1). She also co-authored the article "“Por trocha”: Circumventing the Episodical Criminalization of Migration in the Andes” in the issue.
