- Prehistory in Europe and Greece, with a focus on the Aegean and Greek islands.
- Emergence of complex societies, social structure and interactions, technological expertise, craft production and trade in prehistoric societies.
- Study and analysis of stone tools from Neolithic Periods and the Bronze Age
